Our next program features Simon Zutshi, who has been creating these high-profit groups for 15 years, and he will explain how you can put them to work for you. Read more about this session at the bottom of this newsletter, then register for the live program or pre-order the recording. Feedback on the SNN webcast, “Be a Star of the Small Screen: How to Film Yourself on Your Phone so You Don’t Look or Sound Like an Idiot” with Penny Haslam: "Thanks so much for inviting Penny. This webcast was excellent. I think this was my favorite webcast you’ve hosted. The tips Penny gave can be used immediately. The value for the investment was incredible. Keep up the good work Rebecca & Ken." --Lori Klinka Intensive — Uncommon Model for Speaking as Much Generate High Income by Hosting Retreats and Bootcamps Bootcamps/retreats seem to be the perfect model. But how do you fill them so you’re not committed to a multi-day program with only 2 people? What are the best ways to market them? And how do you price your offering? Should there be ongoing sessions afterwards? What are the best days of the week? Location? Logistics? Our experts will share their best practices for creating high-revenue multi-day off-site programs.
All SNN single-focused intensive packages are detailed here. Miscellaneous Tips Flex your content — Randy Gage It’s a New Year and people LOVE end-of-year lists. This is a great opportunity to repurpose and draw attention to some of the content you’ve produced over the last year. Create a list of your 10 most popular podcasts, 10 most popular blogs, 10 most popular videos, etc. You’ll drive traffic to your content, put yourself top of mind with your tribe, and likely book some fresh business. ChatGPT — a new content development and research tool — Ian Griffin ChatGPT is a new software (released November 30) that can be used to develop content. Free to use at chat.openai.com (login required), it generates fully-formed text in response to questions. Try asking for information on your area of expertise to judge the accuracy. There are tips and tricks on YouTube. Some consider this potentially as big a game-changer as Google. Ask others for their card — Claude Stein I always prefer to ask for cards when I network, rather than hand them out. That way I am sure there will be a follow-up as it is in my hands. LinkedIn tip — Milo Shapiro LinkedIn is supposed to be about connection. Unless you KNOW I know who you are, sending a connection link without a note is likely getting deleted. But just a simple, “Enjoyed your comments at the XYZ Virtual Meeting. Would like to connect!” makes all the difference. Sending a connection with no note is like saying to them, “You figure out where you know me from” and no one appreciates that.

Technology Tips In Zoom, see what your audience sees — Ruby Newell-Legner A new feature in Zoom allows you to see what your audience sees in a small window when you first share your screen. This window drops down, then it collapses. However, if you click the bottom arrow then it opens up and stays open. You can leave the audience view open and see what the audience sees as long as you want.
Virtual presentations are here to stay. Take your “pretty good” presentations to “stellar” by enrolling in the eSpeakers Certified Virtual Host course led by Rebecca Morgan. Starts in Feb. Limited space. Details
Travel Tips Know where your passport is — Rebecca Morgan Several friends have left behind their passports when traveling. If you want to ensure you know exactly where yours is, attach an AirTag to it. Since some airports require you to slide your passport into a reader, use removable tape to affix the AirTag, or put it in your passport holder. SNN Offer

SpeakerNet News Webcast Info Wednesday, January 11 Create, Manage, and Sell High-Ticket Masterminds (webcast) with Simon Zutshi, PSA Fellow
If you want to serve your clients at a deeper level, make more money and have more fun, then managing masterminds is for you and you really should add a high-ticket mastermind to your product offering. But where do you start? How do you enroll participants? How do you run the sessions? Do you need to be at all the meetings? Can you sell the groups to someone when you want to explore other offerings? Some of your existing clients will want to work with you at a deeper level and will be prepared to pay good money for that opportunity. Instead of working one-to-one, trading your time for money, you can actually help your clients more in a group mastermind, better using your time and creating more profit. There are many different types of mastermind, and you need to pick the correct format to help your clients achieve transformational results, which means they will be happy to recommend you and your mastermind to their contacts. If you have been thinking about starting your own mastermind, or you already have a mastermind and want to take it to this next level, then you really must listen to this program. You will learn:
Note: Everyone who registers for the live webcast session or orders the recording will get a link to the recorded video of the online webcast, as well as the audio MP3 for convenient re-listening.
