Video Duplication and Fulfillment

I'm looking for a 1-stop shopping resource for both duplication AND fulfillment of DVDs and VHS tapes. I've found a number of places for fulfillment, but none of them also do duplication (and vice versa). Does anyone know of a facility that can do both (at a reasonable rate, of course!)?

They produce, print, bind, label, package and ship all our orders. You can have them hold some inventory on the shelf for immediate shipment. They have a "Just in Time" production system that is impressive.

They also can produce perfect bound books.

A year ago I talked to Lazerquick about an audio magazine. They gave me a quote for duplication of the CDs, stuffing into mailers, labeling, and schlepping to the post office. Came to $3 to $4 apiece, depending on volume. Kinko's may also do this.

I use Quantum Video in Baton Rouge. Owner is Ross Pottschmitt and he is at work every day, making sure all goes well. His able assistant is Kevin. They are very competitive in their pricing with the "big houses" and will duplicate and ship small quantities. They have done all my video and CD duplication for many, many years.
