Does anyone has favorable personal experience with a fulfillment company located in the Midwest? (Fulfillment houses store books/products, answer calls, process credit cards, and ship to consumer.)
A few weeks ago I asked the question above. NO ONE DID! I bumped into a page on Publishers Marketing Association’s site: http://www.pma-online.org/showsearch.cfm
I have included the list below. I have no experience with any of these vendors, but at least we all now have a list to check out! Remember, this is only a resource list, not an endorsement.

BCH is the fulfillment house for over 400 small presses. This includes order taking, credit card processing and shipping-warehousing if required. We handle books, videos, CD’s and audios. One percentage charge covers everything. No start-up fee or monthly service charges.
