Would you like some new science-based tips on how to better engage even the most recalcitrant audience members? Ways to get them to be open to new thinking, and be willing to change?

Marcia will show how to integrate recent discoveries in neuroscience, coaching, and therapeutic presence to connect energetically with your audience, override fears and skepticism, and inspire new thinking and the confidence to change. She will share practices and lead a few exercises to enhance the impact of your presentations and conversations.

In this session, you will learn:

  • new ideas in learning and behavioral change based on recent brain research, to increase engagement and motivate change both on the stage and in personal conversations.
  • how to practice preparing the presence you will bring with you as you enter the meeting room and/or log into Zoom.
  • how to use a 4-step process for maintaining your presence no matter what happens.
