Does anyone has favorable personal experience with a fulfillment company located in the Midwest? (Fulfillment houses store books/products, answer calls, process credit cards, and ship to consumer.)

A few weeks ago I asked the question above. NO ONE DID! I bumped into a page on Publishers Marketing Association’s site: http://www.pma-online.org/showsearch.cfm
