The Program:

The new reality for all speakers is you must offer virtual presentations as well as in-person engagements. While we’ve all experienced the change differently, many are finding joy in giving remote presentations from their home office and retaining full-fee engagements without leaving home. However, there can be a steep learning curve to understand the technology to create engaging virtual presentations. Chris will dramatically decrease that curve for you, and will help increase your comfort, enjoyment and revenue from remote presentations.

Chris and his team have been behind the scenes setting virtual studios and virtual training revenue models for top speakers. He shows how to set up, utilize, and run profitable virtual speaking engagements from our home offices.

In this session you will learn:

  • the right equipment & setup for your virtual training space
  • how to capture high-quality recordings for virtual-keynote videos
  • the anatomy of an effective virtual-keynote demo reel
  • the secrets to running a profitable speaker business virtually

More about our guest expert:

Chris West is the owner and founder of Video Narrative, a production company that specializes in growing speaking businesses through brand clarity, speaker demo reels, and website design.

As a brand specialist for some of the country’s leading speakers, Chris shared some of these insight as the opening speaker of the National Speakers Association 2020 Influence conference.

The origin of Chris’ work came in his graduate studies in Narrative Therapy, where he first learned the power of story for organizing information in the mind. Completing research one afternoon, he resolved never to share another message without telling an authentic story ... a commitment that led to years of research on the way we connect, learn, and grow through stories.

Today Chris works alongside thought leaders to increase their message, clarity, and impact through powerful narratives. When not telling stories, Chris is out backpacking with his wife and two children, and serving as a mentor with the non-profit Holla.
